Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Validfeed Mold Help wants validfeed.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We want the site to be usable by as many people as possible. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Aim to Take
We aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Add text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Let visitors use the whole site with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you still have options. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@validfeed.garden, and we will do what we can to help.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome your comments on accessibility. Email contact@validfeed.garden and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. When we update the site, we keep it in mind and keep making improvements.
Tell us what happened
Send a request, or Request a callback to check provider availability. Tell us what you see, and a local provider in our network can follow up with next steps.
